He founded ProfileArchitect, the practice that audits and builds those executive profiles, and OMG Launch, an SEO and AI search agency for companies and brands. Ben has spent 18 years in corporate training and coaching, working with more than 7,000 people, and has built websites and won clients through search since 2010. He has run workshops for organisations including Malaysia Airlines, DHL, Petronas, Maxis and Unilever. He holds a Bachelor of Human Kinetics from the University of British Columbia and is an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Outside work, he is an ultra trail runner and a UTMB Chiang Mai 100K finisher.

Rather than suppressing search results, he builds owned, structured profile sites that machines can read and cite.

Ben founded ProfileArchitect, the practice that runs digital footprint audits and builds AI-ready executive profiles, and OMG Launch, an SEO and AI search agency for companies and brands. In 2026 he published a 30-question study of how ChatGPT and Gemini describe an executive, using himself as the test case; it found the assistants confused him with four other people named Ben or Benjamin Yeoh.

His background is in human performance. Over 18 years in corporate training and coaching he has worked with more than 7,000 people, running workshops and capacity-building programmes for organisations including Malaysia Airlines, DHL, Petronas, Maxis, Unilever, Melbourne Business School and Inti. He has advised and facilitated public health and community initiatives including Jom Mama (Ministry of Health and Novo Nordisk), Women's Aid Organisation and the National Cancer Society Malaysia's Relay For Life. He has been featured on ESPN and NTV7, and in Shape magazine as an in-house trainer and columnist. He has built websites and won corporate clients through search since 2010.

Ben holds a Bachelor of Human Kinetics from the University of British Columbia, is an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, and speaks on digital performance, AI search reputation and high-performance teams. An ultra trail runner, he has finished UTMB Chiang Mai 100K and the Merapoh Rainforest Trail 100K, with podium finishes at the Mount Ophir Trail 80K and Gunung Nuang Ultra 20K.
