What we collect
When you submit the audit request form, we collect your name, email, role/title, LinkedIn URL, and message.
Purpose
To review your application, respond within 24–48 hours, and follow up on audit or related inquiries.
Legal basis
Legitimate interest in responding to your request and, where applicable, steps prior to a professional engagement at your request.
Storage
Data is stored in ProfileArchitect-Core (Supabase), hosted in the Singapore region, accessible only via secured server-side systems—not sold to third parties.
Retention
24 months from submission, or earlier if you ask us to delete your record (subject to legal obligations).
Sharing
Infrastructure and service providers needed to operate the website and database; no sale of personal data.
Your rights
Access, correction, or deletion—email hi@benyeoh.com. We will respond within a reasonable period.
International users
If you submit from outside Malaysia, you consent to processing in Singapore/Malaysia as described.
Changes
We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date will change accordingly.
